The Alpha Strap Max is our most adaptable headgear strap, engineered for a near-universal fit across the majority of welding helmet and hard hat headgears. Features heavy-duty elastic webbing woven from a premium polyester/spandex blend for a soft, yet highly durable construction. The Heat and impact-resistant ABS hardware is precision-made in-house by our WeldTube3DWorx Dept. ensuring unmatched quality and consistency, while the oversized, non-slip buckle makes strap adjustments easy, gloves on or off.
Once you dial it in, you’re done—set it and forget it. The robust elastic resists stretching out or loosening over time, keeping your fit locked in, job after job.
