Returns and Refunds
You can purchase in confidence and send any items back to us if they are not right for you. All items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).
- Items purchased can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date on the original receipt. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return.
- Products must be in original and unused condition. If products are Not in original condition and have been used we are unable to accept a return.
- In order to begin the return process, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt or order number, stating the reason for the return and photos of item in original, unused condition (all required). Please state as your subject line on email: Return: Order #____________________
- Once this information is received, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return shipping is at customers expense.
- On International orders, customer is responsible for shipping and customs costs.
- All returns must include a proper RAN on the shipping box in order to be processed. Do not send in returns without RAN.
- Once you have received RAN, just simply drop it off with your preferred parcel carrier and wait for it to arrive at our warehouse.
- When our warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
- In the event the item(s) are Not in original, unused condition, you will receive an email stating reasons and photo proof of why we are unable to accept the return.
- Refunds approved will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on your bank associated with the card.
