Return & Refund Policy
You can purchase in confidence and send any item(s) back to us if they are not right for you. All items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a refund (shipping charges excluded).
- Items purchased can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date on the original receipt. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return.
- Products must be in original and unused condition.
- If products are Not in original condition or show sign that the item(s) Have Been Used (scratches, dents, grind/welding marks, no tags, opened, signs of used product, etc.) we are unable to accept a return.
- In order to begin the return process, you must send an email to info@weldlife.com with your order number, stating the reason for the return and photos of item in original, unused condition (all required). Please state as your subject line on email: Return: Order #____________________
- It item(s) are pre-approved for return, you will be emailed a return label.
- Do not send in returns before receiving the return label.
- On International orders, customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs costs.

When you receive the return label, just
simply print it out, send the item(s) back in a box and bubble-wrapped (to protect them during transportation), drop it off at any USPS facility and wait for it to arrive at our warehouse. - When our warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and our technician has verified it’s in original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
- In the event the item(s) are Not in original, unused condition, you will receive an email stating reasons and photo proof of why we are unable to accept the return.
- Refunds approved will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on your bank associated with the card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable items (inner clear lenses, outer clear lenses, etc ) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Warranty on Auto-Darkening Lenses
Warranty on auto-darkening lenses only covers MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS, warranty does not cover user error (dropping lens, cracking lens, getting lens wet, etc.) ADF warranty is voided if product is subject to negligence, poor maintenance, used without spare parts or protective clear plastics in the front and back of lens. ADF warranty is voided if distance between the welding hood and the welding arc is less than 18", this can cause LCD delamination.
