Washington Alloy E308L-16 is an extra-low-carbon stainless steel stick welding electrode designed for welding austenitic stainless steels such as 304L. It can also be used for stabilized stainless steels such as 321 and 347.

The E308L-16 electrode provides a high deposition rate and excellent welding efficiency. Its low-carbon composition helps reduce chromium carbide formation, helping maintain the corrosion-resistant properties of the weld. It can be used in all welding positions.
