Washington Alloy ER625 1/8" × 36" Mini Pack is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum filler metal classified as ERNiCrMo-3 under AWS A5.14. It is designed for TIG/GTAW welding of nickel-based alloys and demanding applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.

ER625 is commonly used for welding Inconel 601, 625, and 690, as well as Incoloy 800, 825, and 800HT. It can also be used to join nickel alloys to carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel. The weld deposit provides excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, pitting, and stress-corrosion cracking.
