USA PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

All domestic orders are processed in 1-2 business days after receiving order. After your order has been processed, it will arrive to you depending on what shipping service you choose at checkout. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order. Once package has departed our facility and it's at the parcel carriers possession, we have no control over delays on their end.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Our shipping department works Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm CST will be processed the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING & SHIPPING

International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time as package has to clear customs at arrival in your country. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Shipping rates to your specific country will be calculated at checkout along with receiving country import duties and taxes.

We are not responsible for any costs in returning product from outside USA. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
